Guy Budd picture
Guy Budd - Guitar and Vocals
Guy was born into a family of music lovers, raised on Blues, Rock, Country, and Classical music. A native of rural New Jersey, Guy's family moved west to central California. Starting his music career in the late 60's, he hit the road on a poetic adventure for a number of years before settling back in California. He forged his original music through many incarnations of the Guy Budd Band. Guy has shared the stage with B.B. King, Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, Johnny Winter, Charlie Musselwhite and many other great artists. He loves writing, recording, and playing with his band "Gypsy Souls".
Wil Anderson - Bass Guitar
Wil has been playing bass on the central coast of California for over 25 years. He has enjoyed playing and recording with several local artists.  Having a diverse background in styles that range from Rock & Blues to Afro-Cuban & Funk and to Jazz & R&B, he has found his home with "Guy Budd and the Gypsy Souls". And, with a love for playing muti-stringed fretted and fretless basses, his contribution to the band's original music has been a great asset.
